Show time remaining on the "Proposals" page

The time still remaining to submit a talk for an active event, should be displayed somehow/somewhere.

I would rather mention the deadline on the homepage on the call for presentations slide, currently we have no notion of "current" event from the perspective of the angular app, and what about UK/FR with simultaneous CFPs, text in the HTML is easy and will be customized for each edition anyway.
