Documentation will be hosted at http://pyliwc.readthedocs.io/en/latest/. Since it will use autodoc there is still the issue described here :https://read-the-docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/faq.html#my-project-isn-t-building-with-autodoc. Should probably fix that and provide some actual documentation in the process
