Add common zone

Added support for a common zone to be specified. This is an alternate approach to just leaving the common zone out of the zone list (which you should still do), and will ensure that this zone is always open.

Fix for zone target temp reporting

Fixes to eliminate duplicate reporting and zone control when the target temperature is changed.

Enhanced zone control

Added zone control on climate device state change and ensures zones are all closed when climate device is off.

Re-instated some better more clearer logging

Removed a lot of the existing logging and added some additional information in the logging that remains.
