_Tick routines don't reset Timer values properly

Now that everything is unchecked properly, it does appear that there are still some issues. When trying to run a timer for the 2nd time in a row, it starts again with an incomplete Remainder, thus resulting in too short of a countdown.

This was previously mentioned in #54, which was closed due to the headline issue being taken care of.
