Thank you for the report. This comes down to package option passing not being emulated precisely enough in LaTeXML.

A minimal snippet reproducing:

\documentclass[dvipsnames]{article}
\usepackage{xcolor}

\begin{document}

\color{OliveGreen}A colorful test.
\end{document}

This needs to pass divpsnames to xcolor, but doesn't yet. The error cascade breaking the document follows from that.
