Upgrade Tomcat 9 to Tomcat 10 in DHIS2 Container (Ubuntu 22.04)

I am deploying DHIS2 on Ubuntu 22.04 inside a container running Tomcat 9. Now, I need to upgrade to Tomcat 10 while ensuring DHIS2 continues to function properly.
