Enhancement to the Caller Dashboard: points for the jam

Describe the solution you'd like
Add jam points to the lineup table to track the points by a given skater in that jam (not cumulative)

• Clearly this would only apply to Jammer and Pivot
• New column in the table between "Name" and "Pen. Count"

Additional context
Would help announcers keep track of points in jams where there's a star pass

FYI, this one will be a little tricky, since I don't think I'm currently associating scoring passes with jammers in a way that would allow me to assemble this. Totally possible, just will take a bit more work.

If the data's there / coming from Carolina this would be cool. Trick is that I'm looking it only for the jam in progress, so not a cumulative. Would help the conversation in scenarios where there's a start pass.
