Ad keeps coming back

This is an AdNauseam-specific issue.

• I have tested the same page on uBlock Origin, and the Ad is not visible.

I have tried to reproduce the issue when...

• AdNauseam is the only extension
• AdNauseam uses default lists and setting.
• Using a new, unmodified browser profile
• All filter lists are updated

Does Strict-Block mode solves the issue?

• I have tested the same page with Strict-Block enabled, and the Ad is still visible.

This is an animated ad that keeps coming back, and I have tried blocking it several times and it still keeps showing up. It is not explicitly NSFW, but I think the advertisement itself does lead to some online comic that is if you click on it.
