[Firefox] Settings reset upon browser restart

Occasionally upon restarting my browser (in this case through Task Manager) AdNauseam will reset to its default state, opening the initial setup page as if it was freshly installed and losing any imported filters. Personal filters are unaffected but the "Allow custom filters requiring trust" setting isn't saved.
