When trying to run

fastqc *.fastq*

Got error

perl: error while loading shared libraries: libcrypt.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Need to create dib_rotation conda environment with python3.10 or more, NOT python3.8

mamba create -y -n dib_rotation "python=3.12"

Known bug in python3.8: pymupdf/PyMuPDF#2617
