make install messes with conda

My conda installation breaks down if I try to install the GeoGrapher.

I don't use conda, but you should probably create a virtual environment: python -m venv .venv; source .venv/bin/activate.

Note that a conda env is not the same and in general doesn't replace an actual venv.
