End User License Agreement (EULA)

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE.

License Grant

All In One Media Downloader grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the software solely for your personal and non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

  • License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the software or make the software available to any third party.
  • Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the software.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including copyright and trademark notices) of All In One Media Downloader or its affiliates on the software.

Intellectual Property

The software is protected by intellectual property laws and treaties around the world. All copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights in and to the software are owned by All In One Media Downloader.

Warranties

The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. All In One Media Downloader disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall All In One Media Downloader be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the software;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on or related to the software;
  • Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated by you or All In One Media Downloader. Your rights under this agreement will terminate automatically without notice from All In One Media Downloader if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws from the Jurisdiction of your country, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

By using the software, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You also agree that this agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and All In One Media Downloader and that it supersedes any proposal or prior agreement, oral or written, and any other communications between you and All In One Media Downloader relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
