UserMenu component contains obsolete menu items and links

The UserMenu points to the old user profile application, which was recently replaced by new application.
Here's what should be changed:

• Notificaties -> should be removed from the menu, application no longer exists
• Favorieten -> should me removed, no longer exists
• Koppelingen -> should me removed, no longer exists
• A-profiel beheren -> should point to another url

  -> prod: https://mijnprofiel.antwerpen.be/
• Mijn e-loket -> should point to another url
  -> acc: https://centraal-profielui-a.antwerpen.be/mijn-eloket
  -> prod: https://mijnprofiel.antwerpen.be/mijn-eloket
• Winkelmand: no changes required
• Mijn betalingen: no changes required
