How to confirm endpoint access from browser?

Question
What url do I enter into a browser to confirm that the hashicorp/http-echo container is running correctly?

Notes
I noticed a load balancer was also successfully provisioned, but when I point a browser to any of the ips there is no response. I'm sure I'm missing something obvious. Thanks in advance.

Answer
Find the ip of the load balancer and go to /test as specified in the ingress resource.

Example: <ip.address>/test
