Thank you for this great contribution.

In direct debit, when creditor or debtor name contains a '&' char, XML won't generate.

As in lib/Digitick/Sepa/DomBuilder/CustomerCreditTransferDomBuilder.php line 83 & 137, we should use htmlentites.
