Battery Buddy 3.9-1

This version drops support for Sailfish OS 3.2 and older. If there is demand for the re-releases, I can add them later.

All code regarding profile and ringtone volume was removed, now the sound is simply delivered with the notification. The custom logger made the log viewer possible, so now delivering the log file contents using the phone is a lot more convenient!

Code quality saw a lot of improvements; from tuning const usage to rewriting code, and eliminating and removing unused code altogether. A few dependencies was also dropped, which should result in slimmer binaries. There is still more to do...

Experimental aarch64 build against SFOS 3.4.0.24 included for eager testers!

There was still one elusive hardcoded nemo which effectively broke the charger control for every new Sailfish OS 3.4 flashed device. The username is now auto-detected, and the application works for all users now. Each user can select their own charger settings individually. The currently logged in user is in control of the charge and charger control.

• Improve SFOS 3.4 support (don't hardcode user nemo)
• Enable charger control by default (for new users)
