How to have the shortcuts hints?

Is it possible to have the shortcut hints like the default status bar? That was the feature that made me move from tmux to zellij, but the lack of customization from the default status is disappointing.

Hi, I think this might be possible, but comes with a lot of work, as you'd need to implement all of the shortcut hints on your own.

The mode widget can be configured for each mode. If you put the shortcut help within each mode, it could basically work similar to the default shortcut hints. Not perfectly, but somewhat close depending on your config: https://github.com/dj95/zjstatus/wiki/4-%E2%80%90-Widgets#mode

Unfortunately, due to the nature of zjstatus, there is no default way to display these, as this cannot be configured in a customizable way. And until now, no one shared a config with this special use case. If you want to work on this and agree, I'd be happy to add it to the examples in the README.

I have no idea how it works and I haven't checked the code yet, so I'm not sure how complex would that be.

As mentioned, even if we would adapt this implementation, it won't be as customizable as now. Thus I don't really like to implement this feature as a builtin widget into zjstatus.

With the mode widget, you can basically build the hints within the zjstatus config. Just define them within each mode format, like mode_normal or mode_pane.
