Move configuration to its own Folder

A request was made to move the configuration to its own folder. Its not hard so we should be able to do it.

Apologies for the reference spam above, did a push too early and was trying to clean up. :/

I opened a pull request (#29) which should "fix" this issue.

It mostly fixes the issue. There is still the persistence DB that needs to get put into a specific folder. then the issue can be closed.
