I noticed, if I use iTunes, Snip won't save me Track and Artist in mulitple files (even I selected it for) and if I change to Spotify, it saves me to mulitple files.
Also my Formatting just work with Spotify.
The rest is working very well.

Would the music you're listening to in iTunes perhaps not ID3 tags? If iTunes doesn't provide the details of the ID3 tag it defaults to just saving whatever string iTunes displays and it can't separate artist from track as it doesn't know which is which.
