heya im havin trouble with SNIP, the text document isnt being created after i open itunes, is there anything i can do?

Could you provide more details? Are you using the standalone iTunes or the Microsoft Store iTunes? There's no Snip.txt in Snip's folder at all while playing a song? If you hover over Snip's icon does it show any track as playing?
