infinite scroll and pagination doesn't work in mention list modal

at this moment it does not work to add the infinite scroll on the component and, consequently, to use pagination to communicate with the backend. There is only a list that takes all the data that is received but in the case in which the data is for example 100, it is not possible to display 10 and, with the scroll, call page two to display the next 10 by adding them to a temporary array.
