Description

  • When a search has been run multiple times under certain conditions sample names no longer begin with F1, F2, Fn, ... the numbers will continue to go up.
    • See 1st run of TK's pilot human skm project.

To do list

  • Figure how PD2.2 is naming fractions.
  • Create error handling at the break point so at least the user is told to re-search their data again.
  • Discuss adding method makes better use of the pdstudy file.
