Description

  • In omin.core.containers the Container class has an attr metadata dict. This dict can be modified and added to in subclasses ect.

  • Compartment level information needs to be stored there then it can be easily accessed by the user e.g. proc.peptide_groups.show_metadata()

To do list

  • figure out the earliest place compartment info can be added.
  • Add try and excepts around the the metdata addition point.
