Requests Overview page table in https://cmsweb.cern.ch/phedex/prod/Request::Main
includes deprecated sites ( names pre-pended by X), from there one can navigate to
'View/Manage Request' page where a node filter is automatically applied, e.g.:

https://cmsweb.cern.ch/phedex/prod/Request::View?type=xfer;nodes=XT2_TR_ULAKBIM;state=appr

The view page shows requests for all sites, ignoring the filter.
