Description
We have big plans for this glossary. It only has five definitions right now but what if it has 500?! We'll need a table of contents that lets users skip straight to a specific letter.
This is a little complicated because right now there's not a definition for every letter of the alphabet. So you need to get fancy with the hugo syntax to only render a table of contents link for the letters that have terms.
We also need to think about responsiveness for the table of contents. When a user is on a mobile device it should probably sit on the top of the site.
