Correct, we are still waiting for some jobs to run. We also merged a debian update yesterday so the queue is quite full.

As, for 3.12-management-alpine having more architectures than 3.12.8-management-alpine, that's because it is a less specific tag so some of those architectures are still 3.12.7 (i.e. the newest 3.12 that is currently ready). This helps to ensure that architectures don't just randomly disappear on every version update on the less specific tags when some architectures build faster/slower than others (or queues slow them down).
