And if I edit this value, usually doctrine does not perfo any request.
But because of the following field:

    #[ORM\Column(name: 'updated_at', type: Types::DATETIME_MUTABLE)]
    #[Gedmo\Timestampable(on: 'update')]
    private \DateTime $updatedAt;
