create a default widget for 'deleted/invalid' widgets #127

Currently, when a widget is invalid or renamed, it is automatically deleted from domweb screens.

We may replace it by a 1x1 default widget which display an information about the loss of the widget.

It will be better for the end user to get an explanation instead not understanding why a widget disappeared!
