I am having an issue where the mouse is on the opposite side of the screen from where I am clicking (when rotated 180 degrees, changes with rotation). Note this is when using the touch screen and works as expected when using a wireless mouse. I am running Debian 11 KDE 5.20.5 on a Lenovo Flex 4. Let me know if there is some way I can help or provide further information.

if you look in the script (auto-rotate), you will see a rotate_cursor line.
You might try experimenting w/ that Coordinate Transformation Matrix.
