Will DocFx v3 include the docfx.console (i.e. automated build from VS project)

I am currently using DocFx v2 via the docfx.console NuGet package, i.e. automatically generating sites from Visual Studio projects containing C# and/or conceptual content (.md files).

I am eagerly awaiting DocFx v3 .... the question for me is - will there be a docfx.console for v3 that works in a similar way?
