Sign Out Leads to 404 Error

Description:

Clicking "Sign Out" results in a 404 error page instead of properly logging the user out.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to OnTrack.
2. Click on "Sign Out."
3. Observe that the page redirects to a 404 error.

Expected Behavior:

Users should be redirected to the login page or a confirmation page after signing out.

Actual Behavior:

Users are redirected to a 404 error page.
