Describe the solution you'd like
a feature that allows users to customize the weather alerts they receive through a toggle system within the settings menu. This functionality would enable users to selectively enable or disable specific alert types that can be viewed in the Alert tab, providing a more personalized experience, similar to the system used by RadarOmega.

Additionally, an TTS feature implementation to announce issued alerts, when enabled in settings. the TTS system would state, "A [alert type] has been issued." should be disabled by default to avoid disruptions unless explicitly activated by the user.,

An alternative approach could involve implementing a notification system without TTS, relying solely on visual alerts to inform users.

This feature would improve user experience by offering greater flexibility in alert management and providing an additional layer of notification through audible alerts.
