Ignoring/filtering individual users in network tab

I like this project! But due to dpc's RSS bot the network tab is a bit flooded. This case where you enjoy only parts of a persons network seems quite common, are you planning on adding a ignore/filter functionality that could be used for one user to remove parts of other peoples networks that they don't want to see?

Yeah, sorry for that. The bot had some malfunction I'm still debugging. It is meant to publish some low frequency new rss posts.

This is already happening, but only in the "Following" tab. The "Network" tab is supposed to be a bit of a discoverability feed and be somewhat "spamy". Though the exact details might change. Maybe we'll have two discoverabiltiy feeds - one filtered, one not, etc. The details are very much to be figured out in the future.
