Action needed for Vault 0.12.1 after a certification dependency change

FYI @dperaza4openpermit, we have triggered chart-verifier against chart Vault 0.12.1 because the certification flow now supports OCP 4.8.0. We have found that all chart checks have passed. With your approval, we could automatically update your chart annotations in index.yaml. Use this issue to communicate your response. Check details in the report: http://hello/vault/report.yaml
