Change ReadParticleVTK #40
Description
In my fork I changed how ReadParticleVTK behaves. It is called after the filter width has been set. This allows for rebinning immediately after reading the particles. This is good having appropriate binning after reading in particles when using ppiclc_solve_InitTargetBins. However, this would require users to change their code to call ppiclf_io_ReadParticleVTK at a later point. Thoughts on this?
