luckysheet使用了 numeral库 将字符串转为数字
但是这个库在转换科学计数的时候会有bug，参考链接如下。
adamwdraper/Numeral-js#757
错误的表现形式为：
3.12e-06 ===> 0.00000312 正常
3.12E-06 ===> -3.1206 错误
希望官方能尽快update这个问题
