Cannot install? #8
Description
Hello, I am trying to install EDASeq to use with RUVSeq but even though the installation looks successful using biocLite, I get this error: could not find function "newSeqExpressionSet"
when I try to use the function that I know is a part of EDASeq. Is there a problem with the installation or is it missing additional packages.
