Add Edit on GitHub links

Add an "Edit on GitHub" link in the upper right of
https://dev.overpass-api.de/overpass-doc/en/criteria/union.html
just like on
https://gdal.org/en/stable/programs/gdal_grid.html

That way it would be even easier to fix typos.
