Hi,

Thanks for your work. May I know the e3nn version you used in gert? Or would you upload the relevant code into the empty e3nn directory? I noticed that the scripts imported this package via its local path.

The atom3d directory also has the same problem.

Besides, the paths to atom3d datasets are absolute and I cannot identify the right version of each dataset from the Zenodo link of atom3d. For example,
FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/oak/stanford/groups/rondror/projects/atom3d/supporting_files/ligand_binding_affinity/pdbbind_files/pdbbind_refined_set_labels.csv'
Could you please upload or offer the link to the datasets in TASK_TO_DATA?
