Rate limiting and timeouts pose an issue, with respect to recon-ng and amass sources. As excepted, consistent high traffic will trigger rate limiting and blacklisting for source IP of server running penum.

If those tools could be structured in a way to minimize this, scalability of penum would drastically improve. Current idea is to implement freebind.
