Evaluate Micro Standard Libraries

To run some real applications, Basekernel will need a more complete standard library than the current hand-built one. Evaluate some of the micro-standard libraries out there and evaluate what it would take to port then to basekernel, and what their relative weight is in both source code and run-time resources.
