Use raw and repo GitHub URLS where appropriate

This should've been part of #131/#163 but now that that's complete, we should go ahead and actually ensure we pass raw vs repo URLs where appropriate throughout the app. For example, when fetching a file's content to display on the page, we should always pull from the raw URL. When linking a user to the original source, we should use the repo URL.
