Also renamed architecture section
There is still a lot of room for improving the structure to access the autogenerated data
This only fixes the symptoms of the insufficiently thought-out module structure, a proper solution will be provided in #12
Added downloadable simulation script for that section and various figures.
Also updated year in config file

Adds a sphinx documentation to allow for an easier start with
pyDTNsim.When merged, the documentation will become available at http://pydtnsim.readthedocs.io/
