I have purchased 2 princubes but I’m haven’t trouble getting them to print at the intended aspect ratio. It seems to be printing too quickly so the image is shorter than what it’s supposed to be. As you can see in the photo, the Pac-Man is compressed and not round in shape. Could you please let me how what I can do to fix this? I have already downloaded the newest firmware and updated it. I really like the product but this is frustrating for me.
