Reseller api for Domain cdw.com are not working for user blukens.test@gmail.com using Client ID for Native application.

Describe the problem.
I am using reseller Apis using blukens.test@gmail.com but then when I am trying 
to create a customer account getting 401 authorization error , I am using the 
Native Client connect ID with all the permissions turned on for other Api's.
OAuth is passing with the downloaded JSon
Can you help me how to proceed on this and what all should I be checking ?



How would you expect it to be fixed?
Needs proper steps or may be pre-requistes to use those API, BTW I am not the 
reseller myself I am using customers domain account i.e cdw.com for the api.
