Clean up following Google Drive botched migration #10440

The parents migration (20241211_parents_migrator.ts) seem to have encountered the same fate than Notion: we have non-cleaned up parents as seen here.
Fortunately, there is no front migration needed, and the script for Notion can be recycled.
