Describe the bug
Caris version 12.1.1 outputs a GSF file from the new sensors EM124, EM712 & EM2040MK2 .KMALL raw files using HIPS to GSF.
MB-System Supported Swath Data Formats
The MBSYSTEM process to create the mbinfo .inf is running mbformat 121 and does not account for KMALL GSFs.
I use MBSystem command = f'mbinfo -F{format_code} -I' + os.path.join(inpath, file) + ' -O -V'
eg. mbinfo -F121 -{0000_20250502_151655_Investigator_em124.gsf} -O{0000_20250502_151655_Investigator_em124.gsf}.inf
To Reproduce
Provide information sufficient to reproduce the behavior:
- Make relevant data samples available via ftp, Dropbox, Google Drive, or other means.
- Provide complete copies of shell commands and shell output.
- If the problem involves interactive applications like mbgrdviz, describe any relevant sequence of GUI actions.
Expected behavior
I run the HIPS to GSF process with .ALL files processed in HDCS and then can run mbinfo -F121 and i get information.
I run the HIPS to GSF process with .KMALL files processed in HDCS and then run mbinfo F-121 and get zero information!
