Can't represent tasks that take less than one day

Not sure if this is by design, but it's currently not possible to represent time estimates for cards that are expected to take less than one day.

Your thoughts on supporting HH:MM strings or fractions of a day?

I dunno how I feel about this. There's definitely some tasks that take less than a day but usually only really well defined problems are gonna be consistently really accurately estimated to the hour or whatever. Anything a little more fuzzy, giving less than a day for can go pretty wrong pretty quickly.

I'd consider matching 1/2 I guess, but anything more granular than that I feel like you won't actually be make estimates accurately most of the time anyway.

Gonna leave this for now and come back to it if I come up with a better solution.
