Add Table of Contents to Notes for easier navigation?

At the moment the notes are a bit "raw" ...

Would it make sense to add a TOC to help people find the section they need?

If anyone has time to do this, please go for it and create a Pull Request!
An example is: https://github.com/dwyl/learn-travis which has a great contents list that makes it easy to navigate. 😉
