Requesting missing video files

I have downloaded the video, and some links are missing which I have attached below.

The Google form for video requests was closed and doesn't accept responses.
I have tried emailing dongxu.li@anu.edu.au but the email couldn't be delivered to the address.

The MediaFire link you sent to me was deemed to be dangerous by the MediaFire. Would there be another way to download the missing video files?
